Brian J. Walther is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.  He was awarded the "SRA" designation from the Appraisal Institute.  Brian is one of only four appraisers living and practicing in Hawaii to receive the SRA designation in the past 20 years.  The SRA designation, the Appraisal Institute's most prestigious for its members who practice primarily residential appraisal, is held by real estate solutions providers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property.  He is a State of Hawaii Certified Residential Appraiser* and is certified by HUD to do FHA appraisals.
